Jennifer Baker is president of CREDC, where she leads the development and execution of the organization’s strategic direction. Jennifer has been an active contributor to the Pacific Northwest community for over 12 years and serves on a number of professional and nonprofit organization boards. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies and Modern Languages from Pacific University and a Master’s in International Policy Studies from Monterey Institute of International Studies.

Brittany Bagent is the VP of Strategy for CREDC and is responsible for the management of research projects, local and regional policy, and Clark County’s Comprehensive Economic Development Plan implementation. Brittany holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from Miami University (Ohio) and a Master's in Urban Planning and Policy with a concentration in economic development from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Monica Santos-Pinacho is the Director of Communications for CREDC and is responsible to overseeing internal and external communications strategy and platforms. Additionally, Monica leads CREDC’s education initiatives across K-12 and Higher-Ed. Monica holds an Associate’s of Arts in Business Administration from Clark College and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Business Marketing with minors in political science, Spanish and Latin American Culture Studies and a Professional Sales Certificate from Washington State University Vancouver.

Samantha Codi Walker is the Marketing & Events Manger for CREDC and is responsible for the organizations marketing strategy and execution. Additionally, Samantha is CREDC's lead in programming for all events. Samantha holds a Bachelor's Degree from Washington State University Vancouver in Digital Technology and Culture with a minor in Media Communications.
