Revenue Bonds (IRB)
– Market tax-exempt IRBs
CREDC markets tax-exempt industrial revenue bonds
on behalf of the Industrial Revenue Bonds Public Corporation
of Clark County. IRBs can be used to finance
real estate, machinery and equipment for eligible
manufacturing companies. We also have connections
that can introduce you to private equity and government
backed financing for your project.
