Summary
The Clean Energy Leadership Council (CLEC) was established by the legislature to develop strategies and recommendations for growing Washington's clean energy sector and positioning Washington State as a national leader in clean energy development and policy.
CREDC President Bart Phillips has served on this committee representing economic development and Southwest Washington. Representatives of the CLEC will present their final recommendations to generate public comment prior to submitting their findings to the Washington Legislature this fall.

Ron Nichols is a Managing Director with Navigant Consulting. He has over 30 years of experience in utility asset and enterprise financing, utility mergers and acquisition, and power supply portfolio planning and procurement.
