Mike Bomar, President 

Prior to being appointed president of CREDC, Mike served as the Executive Director of the Southwest Washington Contractors Association for three and a half years, and spent six years with the Building Industry Association of Clark County in their governmental affairs department.  Mike currently sits on a number of professional and nonprofit organization boards including the Clark County Skill Center Advisory Council, Development Engineering Advisory Board and the WSUV Alumni Advisory Board. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Communications from the University of Washington and a master’s degree in Public Affairs from Washington State University Vancouver.

Max Ault, Vice President, Director of Business Development 

Max serves as CREDC's primary point of contact for local businesses seeking assistance with startup, growth or retention issues. Max previously served as the Operations Manager for the Gifford Pinchot Task Force, where he also served on the Board of Directors prior to his employment at the organization. Max's previous employment includes serving as Special Assistant to the Office of the Chancellor at Washington State University Vancouver and as Legislative Assistant to Washington State Representative Tim Probst. Max is a Clark County native and holds a bachelor's degree in Public Affairs from Washington State University Vancouver. 


Elizabeth Scott, Director of Business Recruitment   

Elizabeth serves as the Director of Business Recruitment and is responsible for the planning and execution of activities that assist companies considering relocation to Clark County. Prior to joining the CREDC staff, she worked in environmental analysis. Elizabeth graduated with a B.A. in History and Sociology from the University of Tampa and holds a master's degree in Natural Resources from Virginia Tech.

Samantha Codi Walker, Marketing and Events Manager

As Marketing & Events Manager, Samantha works on external marketing efforts including the website, social media, and creation of collateral, advertisements, and videos. Additionally, Samantha is CREDC's lead in coordinating and executing logistics for all events. Prior to joining the CREDC, Samantha served as Social Media Coordinator for the City of Vancouver and as an Event Producer with WE Plan It. Samantha holds a bachelor's degree from Washington State University Vancouver in Digital Technology and Culture. 


Kimberly Pincheira, Director of Communications and Strategic Partnerships

As Director of Communications and Strategic Partnerships, Kimberly works with existing and potential new investors to identify areas of importance to each investor, as well as handling CREDC’s communications and public relations. Prior to joining CREDC, Kimberly served as the Southwest Washington Outreach Director for U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell and worked in a similar capacity for Congressman Brian Baird. Kimberly holds a bachelor’s degree from Washington State University and a master’s degree from the University of Oregon, both in Political Science.


Brittany Bagent, Director of Research and Economic Strategy

As Director of Research and Economic Strategy, Brittany manages reserach projects, local and regional policy, and CREDC's economic development strategic planning efforts. Brittany previously worked as an urban planner for a private consulting firm in Chicago. She holds a B.A. in Urban and Regional Planning from Miami University (Ohio) and a master's degree in Urban Planning and Policy with a concentration in economic development from the University of Illinois at Chicago. 


Kim Cheatley,
Fiscal Administrator

Kim provides the CREDC with accounting and administrative support.  Her background includes real estate administration and experience in human resources in a manufacturing environment.  Kim graduated from Central Washington University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
