Mr.
Phillips is Chief Executive and Operating Officer of the Council.
He develops and represents the regional economic development
vision and builds the programs and partnerships to realize the
mission of the Council. Phillips is responsible for marketing
the region for business locations and servicing the needs of
business evaluating new investments in Clark County. Bart has
over 20 years of experience in economic development and business
recruitment services in Washington State.

Wallace

Ms. Wallace proactively works with local businesses to provide
business resources to help them grow. Wallace provides assistance
with expansion and retention activities by partnering with the
Washington Manufacturing Services (WMS), the Workforce Development
Council, the Washington Technology Center and others. She also
provides counseling and facilitation for Government Procurement,
Industrial Revenue Bonds and other business expansion services.
Deb has over 15 years experience in economic development and
transportation. She is also an elected State Representative
for the 17th Legislative District in SW Washington.

Neal

Ms.
Neal maintains and distributes economic and site location information
about Clark County to businesses considering new or expanded
facilities. Customized research for clients is a specialty.
In addition, Ms. Neal is responsible for internal and external
marketing activities. Pam has over ten years of experience in
economic development data analysis and recruitment support with
the CREDC.

Fortin

Ms.
Fortin handles the day to day running of the office, with duties
ranging from providing administrative support to staff and CREDC
programs to accounts payable/receivable. In addition, she serves
as recording secretary for the CREDC Board of Directors and
Executive Committee.
